Refund policy

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email contact@kadi.golf. Returns must be sent to: KADI Golf, Route de Tsarbouye 33, 3963 Crans-Montana, Switzerland. Items sent back without requesting a return first are not accepted.

Damaged or wrong items: contact us immediately at contact@kadi.golf and we will make it right.

Non-returnable: sale items and gift cards.

Refunds: once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
